The trends are for small to mid sized 1 bedroom condos within the arts district.
ALL sales are shown on the chart. There have been 10 total sales.
Sales prices are trending upwards from 6 months ago and the ratio seems consistent. All sales have been at or below asking price.
IMO, this is common for the LA market as a whole. Arts district appears to have good demand.
